Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., prayer is made for quashing of FIR No.252 dated 24.09.2015, under Sections 419, 420, 120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Kasola, District Rewari, along with all consequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

The learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by the official concerned, has informed this Court that charges have already been framed by the learned trial Court, in the FIR (supra). 3.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. Moreover, the issue(s), as raised herein before this Court, also appears to be disputed questions of fact.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed, however, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is reserved to him to raise all such claims and pleas, as raised herein, before the learned trial Court, at appropriate stage.
