***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C. for issuing direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to carry out investigation in FIR No.301 dated 14.09.2019, registered under Sections 448 read with Section 511 of IPC, at Police Station Sohana, District Mohali and to submit report under Section 173 Cr. P.C. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh, at the outset, states that grievance of the petitioner qua inaction on the part of prosecution/ investigation has been mitigated as after filing of instant petition, challan dated 15.07.2023 has already been filed before learned trial Court and further proceedings shall take course in accordance with law.

Being so, nothing survives for adjudication.
