In pursuance of order of this Court, detenue-Tajinder Kaur has appeared in the Court and made the following statement: - "I am happily living with my husband Kulvir Singh son of Rajwant Singh with my own free will and I want to live with him." In view of above statement of detenue, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. Therefore, the present petition for Habeas Corpus stands disposed of accordingly.
