**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed by this Court: - "Learned counsel for the parties submit that there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

Taking into consideration the said fact, the matter is referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court, where only petitioner and respondent shall appear along with their child on 30.09.2016. It is also made clear that no other family member shall be allowed to accompany them during the mediation.

For further consideration, the matter is adjourned to 30.01.2017." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per report of the Mediator dated 30.11.2016, the matter has been resolved between the parties, vide settlement/compromise dated 30.11.2016 and the present revision petition has been rendered infructions and the same may be Naresh Kumar 2017.02.07 13:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh dismissed as such.
