Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner to the post of Driver. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to the reply by way of counter affidavit dated 18.11.2013 filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner, who was engaged as a Driver on contract basis, had remained wilfully absent from 19.03.2012 and did not join, despite issuance of numerous letters, Annexures R-I to RIV, as such his services came to be terminated on 06.11.2012. 3.

To the aforesaid facts, there was no rebuttal made by filing any replication.
