RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J In compliance of the order dated 4.12.2014 passed by this court, status report by way of affidavit dated 27.1.2015 of Sh.Badan Singh, Superintendent of Police, Jind, filed in the court today is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State, while referring to paras 3 to 5 of the affidavit dated 27.1.2015 submits that the petitioner has been interviewed and thereafter he has been selected for the post in question. Consequently, Commandant, 3rd Battalion H.A.P., Hisar, has recruited the petitioner and he has been allotted constabulary number. CWP No.15188 of 2012 relief sought by learned counsel for the petitioner was to conduct his interview.
