Present revision petition is directed against order passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda whereby petitioner has sought interim bail to attend marriage of his sister. Same has been disposed of with the direction that petitioner would be allowed to attend the marriage in police custody from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. Thereafter, he would be sent back to Jail at 5.00 P.M. Only grievance of the petitioner is that in the order dated 16.02.2016, there is a typographical error. Name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Buta Singh instead of Dalwinder Singh @ Kaka son of Roor Singh.

Under the circumstances, order dated 16.02.2016 shall remain operative subject to correction in the same as regards name of the petitioner.

Petition stands disposed of.
