(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.150 dated 11.11.2017 under Sections 307, 324, 323, and 34 IPC, at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajwinder Singh, submits that pursuant to order dated February 28, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated February 28, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
