*** As per office report, notice sent for service of petitioner has been received back with the report that he is not available at the given address. Sh. Hemender Goswami, Advocate through whom revision petition has been filed and had been appearing for the revision petitioner earlier, is said to have passed away. No other counsel has put in appearance for the revision petitioner. A perusal of the impugned order goes to show that in an execution application filed by the decree holder seeking executing of decree for recovery of money passed on 6.12.2016, the defendant JD had put in appearance and sought repeated adjournments to file objections without actually doing so, as such the Executing Court had proceeded further in the matter. I do not find anything wrong with the order passed by the Executing Court which might have called for interference of this Court while exercising reversional jurisdiction. The Revision Petition is found to be without merit and is dismissed accordingly.
