(ORAL) Case of petitioner is for dropping of departmental proceedings in view of the fact that as per CFSL report dated 14.06.2017 (Annexure P-5) signatures of petitioner matched with OMR Sheet. This is what has been noticed in CRM-M No.4325 of 2019 (Annexure P-7). Petitioner is stated to have served legal notice dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P-9) upon respondent No.2 giving detailed reasons for dropping of departmental proceedings. Without going into merits and demerits of claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondent-Director, Elementary Education, Haryana to consider legal notice dated 25.03.

2019 (Annexure P-9) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
