**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to transfer the investigation in case FIR No.57 dated 04.04.2019, under Sections 307, 427, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, to any district outside Hoshiarpur.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Deepankur Singh, submits that in the present case, challan was presented before the Court concerned on 17.07.2018 and thereafter, charges were framed on 12.09.2019.

Since the challan has already been presented and thereafter, charges were framed, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage.

Dismissed.
