ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Mohammad Hussain, submits that despite the interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.03.2018 to appear before the Investigating Officer, he has not appeared. It is further submitted that even on 19.03.2018, one more opportunity was granted to the petitioner and it was clearly observed in the order dated 19.03.2018 that in case the petitioner failed to join the investigation, the interim bail granted to him vide order dated 06.03.2018 shall stand vacated on the next date of hearing.
