Petitioners seek a direction for issuance of license of Kacha Arhtia to them as they have booths in the new grain market, Smalkha district Panipat. According to him, their claim has been rejected arbitrarily by the authority. At the outset, Mr. Bawa points out that a policy, Annexure R1 was formulated by the Board. Case of the petitioner can be considered in light of same by the Chief Administrator of the Board. In view of statement made by Mr. Bawa, no further direction by this court is necessary. Petition is disposed of with the direction that case of the petitioners be considered in light of policy, Annexure R1. For this purpose, order annexure P-6 already passed shall not stand in the way of the authorities.
