LISA GILL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of permission to the petitioner to go abroad for 15 days for the solemnization of marriage of her son on 12.03.2018.

It is submitted that the petitioner had been afforded the concession of bail by this Court on 04.10.2016. Permission was afforded to the petitioner on 01.09.2016 to go abroad for one month (Annexure P4). It is further submitted that the petitioner did not misuse the concession of bail and she returned within the stipulated period. The petitioner undertakes to return to India within 15 days after solemnization of the marrige of her son on 12.03.2018.

Crl. Misc. No. M-7649 of 2018 [ 2 ] petitioner was earlier afforded permission to go abroad for one month by this Court on 01.09.2016 in CRM-25748-2016 in CRM-M-24161 of 2016. She returned within the stipulated time. On instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh it is submitted that the petitioner was involved in another FIR No. 183 dated 26.09.2007 registered under Sections 364A, 382, 420, 467, 468 and 120-B IPC. She has since been acquitted in the said case. It is informed that the matter is listed before the learned trial Court for 26.04.2018. No serious objection has been raised on behalf of the State in this case. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, permission is afforded to the petitioner to go to Australia for a period of 15 days subject to deposit of heavy surety to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. The date on which the petitioner should return to India be mentioned by the learned trial Court. Petitioner is further directed to appear before the learned trial Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 26.04.2018. Petition is disposed of.
