# Report dated 23.12.2015 has been received through FAX from the office of In2Charge, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faridkot wherein it has been intimated that none of the present petitioners is accused in the main case and as such their particulars could not be located.
Mr. Gurveer Sidhu, Asstt. Advocate General, Punjab on instructions from ASI Balwant Singh, Police Station City Kotkapura has made statement that there is no such Mission under the name of Gurmat Sewa Lehar in Faridkot district and that even the persons who RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.12.24 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court
are claiming to be the petitioners are non2existent, however, it is submitted that Bhai Panthpreet Singh Khalsa was arrested by the local police of Faridkot in a case bearing FIR No.192 dated 14.10.2015 under Sections 307/353/332/333/323/382/435/283/1202B/148/149 IPC, Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act pertaining to Police Station City Kotkapura and who has since been released on bail by the Court, and has also intimated that no further case has been registered pertaining to the incident depicted in this petition. Since in spite of the best efforts, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners and in the light of stand of the State nothing survives in this petition and as such the same stands dismissed.
