Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari seeking quashing of order dated 25.06.2019 (Annexure P-1), passed by the learned Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act-cumAssistant Labour Commissioner, Hoshiarpur. 2.
