---- SUDEEPTI SHARMA.J. (ORAL) 1.
This case falls under the category of burnt cases and pertains to the year 2006. On 19.11.2024, no one had put in appearance on behalf of either of the parties and Registry was directed to issue notices to the parties. As per report of the Registry, appellant's son met to serving official and disclosed that his father i.e. the appellant lives in abroad. Despite being served through son, today there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It is further reported that respondent No.1 has died and house of respondent No.2 was locked at the time of service. It seems that the appellant is no more interested in pursuing the matter. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
2.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
