*** MANISHA BATRA , J. (Oral) Through the instant petition under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0022, dated 29.04.2023, registered under SectionS 406 and 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Women, District Amritsar. Vide order dated 31.05.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is not required for custodial interrogation. He has however, not disputed the factum regarding the matter having been resolved amongst the parties.
