The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for conducting a fair and impartial inquiry in case FIR No.234 dated 30.12.2020 under Sections 376-D and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bichhor, District Nuh. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the cancellation report presented in the case has since been accepted by the Illaqa Magistrate concerned and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission of learned State counsel, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
