ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of investigation of FIR No. 37 dated 25.02.2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal to State Crime Branch, Haryana.

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that similar cases are pending against the petitioners and as per the order of the Director General of Police, Haryana, all the matters have been transferred to the Special Crime Branch, Madhuban/Gurugram. It is further submitted that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.09.2016 passed in CRM-M No.28009 of 2016 has also directed the respondents/authorities to transfer some cases to Special Crime Branch, Madhuban/Gurugram for further action. It is also submitted that similar order has been passed by this Court in CRM-M No.47842 of 2017 on 14.12.2017. Counsel for the petitioners has further argued that despite the fact that the petitioners have given a representation to the Director General of Police, Haryana, Panchkula for transfer of the investigation Mohd. CRM-M No.7671 of 2018 of the aforesaid FIR to the State Crime Branch, no action has been taken.

Without commenting anything on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 15.01.2018 (Annexure P3) filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
