By placing reliance upon the order dated 27.01.2025, as drawn by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court upon CWP32259-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by that verdict, hence similar relief can be granted to the petitioner.

2. The learned State counsel seeks an adjournment, thereby enabling him to have apt instructions from the quarter concerned.

Today, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by Mr. Manjit Cheema, P.C.S., R.T.A., Patiala, has informed this Court that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision dated 27.01.2025, rendered by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court upon CWP-32259-2024. Consequently, the instant application is allowed. The main case is taken up on board today itself, and is disposed of in the same terms as CWP-32259-2024.
