[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 147, dated 16th December, 2020, under Sections 380, 454 and 411 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No. 4, District Jalandhar.

[3] The petition qua petitioner No. 2 was disposed of on 31st August, 2021 and petitioner No.1 was asked to join the investigation within a week.

CRM-M-32454-2021 -2- [5] After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the pleadings, it is forthcoming that from the nature of allegations, it cannot be even prima facie concluded that petitioner No. 1 is in possession of the alleged articles.

[6] Keeping in view the facts and circumstances in totality, the interim bail granted to petitioner No. 1 is made absolute. [7] The petition is disposed of.
