The present petition has been filed seeking initiation of proceedings against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-7167-2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that compliance of order dated 09.04.2026 has been made and no grievance remains. Hence, she prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
