(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 08.02.2019 passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar whereby in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondents, the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month to respondent No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month each to respondents No 2 and 3 from the date of filing application i.e 13.10.2017 till 31.12.2018 and maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month to respondent No.1 and Rs.1,500/- per month each to respondents No. 2 and 3 from 01.01.2019 onwards. The present revision pertains to the year 2019. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has not yet been issued in the present matter. However, neither the said documents were placed on record nor there was any representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e. 09.01.2023. Even today also for the 3rd date, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
