This order shall dispose of the aforesaid two petitions filed on behalf of the petitioners, Anil Kumar and Dharamvir seeking grant of anticipatory bail in Pankaj Kakkar 2019.08.20 17:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
( 2 ) CRM-M-7699-2018 (O&M) CRM-M-8393-2018 (O&M) respect of a case registered vide FIR No.68 dated 1.2.2018 at Police Station Sadar Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri under Sections 354, 354-A, 420, 468, 471 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
Status report by way of affidavit of Mohit Handa, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Charkhi Dadri has been filed in CRM-M-7699 of 2018 by learned State counsel today in Court, which is taken on record. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that infact the misunderstandings between the parties have been cleared and the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and a compromise has been effected and that the parties are filing a petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise.

The aforesaid position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the complainant.

In view of the aforesaid position, wherein the parties have amicably resolved their issues, it would certainly be not a case to justify custodial interrogation. The petitions, as such, are accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 23.2.2018 and 20.12.2018 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. 6.
