NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2016 and notice is yet to the issued in the matter. Further, for the last two dates of hearing i.e. 25.02.2020 and 05.10.2023, the petitioner had gone unrepresented.

Vide previous order dated 05.10.2023, the Registry was directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and also to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed. As per office report dated 30.03.2024, fresh notice issued to the petitioner has been received back duly served and learned counsel for the petitioner has also been duly informed by the date fixed. However, today for the 3rd time, the petitioner had gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
