This is a petition for Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to get release the detenues mentioned in para 3 of the petition, who have been illegally detained by respondents No.5 to 7. The averments in the writ petition are duly supported by an affidavit.

Mr. Tanuj Sharma, A.A.G., Haryana, at the asking of the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 to 4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Panchkula to enquire into the averments made in the present petition and submit a report to this Court. He shall also exercise powers vested in him under the Bonded Labour System(Abolition)Act, 1976. A copy of this order, attested by the Reader of this Court, be handed over to counsel for the State for onward transmission and compliance to the District Magistrate, Panchkula.
