**** **** **** **** DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) DAYA CHAUDHARY, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to release detenues, namely, Sonu, Om Singh, Kala, Amit, Sanjive, Rekha, Amit, Punam, Nilam and Amit, who are stated to be in illegal custody of respondents No. 4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner. In view of the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 31.01.2015 (Annexure P-1) annexed with the petition and take necessary action in accordance with law. In case, the alleged detenues are found in illegal custody of respondents No.4 and 5, the same be released forthwith without any delay.
