Short written statement on behalf of respondent No. 4 filed by learned State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. He submits that as per legal notice dated 21.08.2018, the petitioner was found entitled to monetary benefits amounting to `72297/- towards arrears of 7th Pay Commission and another sum of `5,44,935/- towards gratuity, ACP etc. He has brought cheques of these amounts which have been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek revival of this petition after making calculation of the due amount if anything is found due. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule discharged.
