*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Even as per own admission of the petitioner, a separate writ petition filed by her bearing CWP-12369-2018 with regard to the dispute in question is pending in this Court, now listed for 26.11.2021. On being asked, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that since date of hearing in the said writ petition is quite long and the respondents have started making appointment through backdoor, therefore, he has filed a separate writ petition. Even if it is so then then it would be proper for the petitioner to file appropriate application in the pending writ and if so advised he may get the writ petition amended instead of filing a separate writ petition resulting into multiple litigation. With such observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
