(Oral) Today Kiran alleged detenue, which the petitioner-Ram Chander claims to be his daughter, has come present and has been identified by Sh. SS Sarwara, her counsel. She has stated before this Court that she is B.Com. and has voluntarily against the wishes of her parents undergone marriage with Tejinder Singh who is also present in this Court. The girl has made categoric statement that she wants to live with her husband and does not want to go to with the petitioner.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
