***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) Learned counsel has today passed on a photocopy of the details of the transaction pertaining to transfer of an amount of Rs.10 lakhs, which is taken on record. A copy of the same has been furnished by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid payment, the matter stands resolved and he does not press upon the instant petition.

In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
