NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State has presented the report of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Pehowa, which is taken on record. He states at bar that a team under the instructions of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Pehowa, had raided the brick kiln where the petitioner and his colleagues were allegedly detained, but all the alleged detenues stated that they were not illegally detained by the brick kiln owner.
