This petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 13 dated 04.04.2024 under Sections 420, 506 IPC Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that after the registration of the FIR, the complainant has compromised the matter with the petitioner.

Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has been arrested in another case bearing FIR No. 4 dated 21.09.2024 registered at Police Station NRI-Jalandhar and he is also wanted in another FIR bearing No. 6 dated 10.02.2025 registered at Police Station City, Ahmedgarh. 5.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, the present petition is hereby dismissed.
