(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking issuance of a direction for expeditious conclusion of the trial in case arising from FIR No. 130 dated 23.05.2019 registered under Sections 170, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (Offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and offences under Section 65, 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 added later on) at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at the outset. Dismissed as withdrawn.
