Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. AG, Haryana Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Gurmail Singh, Police Station City Narwana states that the wife of the petitioner namely Anju has made statement before the Investigating Officer that she is residing with her parents and other family members on her own without any threat or pressure and has placed on record statements of Anju and her brother and mother.

Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
