Ld. State Counsel submits that in pursuance of the earlier order passed on 28th September, 2020, the Petitioner did join investigation, and that thereafter Challan against him has already been submitted, on account of which his custody at this stage is no longer called for. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the interim bail granted to the Petitioner earlier on 28th September, 2020 is hereby confirmed. 4.

Disposed off.
