CWP-14483-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to invoke clauses 11 and 12 of the agreement relating to resolution of dispute through arbitration. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to raise the dispute before the authorities in terms of the prayer made. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise the dispute as prayed for.
