(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 08.02.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Superintending Engineer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Water Reources Department Punjab, Ferozepur.

On 07.05.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a short accommodation to place on record copy of sale deed, vide which the petitioner sold a part of his land to respondent No.4. On the adjourned date i.e. 27.05.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner sought another accommodation to comply with the order dated 07.05.2025. Today, neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor the order dated 07.05.2025 has been complied with.

It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
