(ORAL) On 30.5.2019, after noting the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner, following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the present complaint is counter blast to the FIR lodged by the petitioner. He further submits that the complainant does not belong to scheduled caste as he has already converted to Christianity and therefore, offence under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is not made out. Notice of motion for 24.07.2019.

CRM-M-25516-2019 In the meantime, the petitioners (in both petitions) shall surrender before the trial Court and if they apply for bail, the Court would release the petitioners on regular bail.
A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a photocopy of order dated 11.7.2019, passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kapurthala, showing that the petitioner has furnished bail bonds which have been accepted and attested.
Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, interim protection granted vide order dated 30.5.2019, is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. (ANIL KSHETARPAL) JUDGE September 24, 2019.
