RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned legal-aid counsel submits that CRR-1096 of 2016 has also been filed by the petitioner through a private counsel against the same judgment, which has been challenged in the instant revision. In view of above, instant revision is dismissed as two revisions against the single judgment are not maintainable. However, this order shall not be res judicata for the petitioner to argue on merit in that revision. Registry is directed to consign revision to the record room being not maintainable.
