Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.1065 dated 25.10.2018 under Section 174-A IPC registered at Police Station Faridabad Central, District Faridabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the bank was with regard to the return of the loan and the petitioner has already returned all the loan amount. Further prayer of the petitioner is that as the petitioner was residing at different addresses, he was not served, due to which, he was declared proclaimed offender. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is still a proclaimed offender, he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the appropriate Court and thereafter seek regular bail and thereafter, he will approach this Court for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, if any, remains.
