  **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The instant petition has been for issuing necessary directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to complete the investigation and submit the charge sheet under Section 173 of Cr.P.C., in case FIR No.167 dated 01.07.2022, registered under Sections 120-B, 167, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamunanagar. Reply by way of an affidavit dated 17.08.2023 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar-III, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record. Para 9 of the reply would read as under:- 'That the accused Omkar, Harvinder Singh and Satish Kumar filed a petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. but the same has been dismissed by the Court of Sh. Yashwinder Paul Singh, learned ASJ, Jagadhri, at Yamuna Nagar. Several raids have been conducted by the police on 07.08.2023, 09.08.2023, 13.08.2023, AMAN JAIN 2023.08.18 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-28223-2023 (O&M) -2and 15.08.2023 but the accused persons are absconding.'

Learned State counsel submits that now two of the accused, namely, Harvinder Singh and Satish Kumar, have been granted the concession of bail.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. As notice of above, two of the accused, namely, Harvinder Singh and Satish Kumar, have already been granted the concession of bail and for nabbing the third accused, namely, Omkar, frequent raids are been conducted by the concerned Police.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for. Disposed of.
