This is a petition for extension of emergency parole for a period of 4 weeks.

The petitioner is said to have come out on parole and is undergong treatment. The pettiioner has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment under the NDPS Act. The petitioner had come out on emergency parole. I am not inclined to extend the parole, if any has been allowed to him.
