ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.140 dated 16.09.2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, in pursuance to the order dated 11.01.2018, have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Narpinder Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 11.01.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
