Reply filed by the State counsel today in court is taken on record. State counsel submits that number of cases have been registered against the so called detenue.

Surprisingly the detenue has also been arrayed as respondent in this petition. Annexure R-1 shows that the detenue has been convicted in some cases.

In view of the above, no directions are required in this case. Disposed of accordingly.
