(Oral) The alleged detenue-Pooja along with respondents no. 4 to 9 have come present in pursuance of the previous orders who have been produced by SI Bhola Singh, Police Station Khuian Sarwar and have apologized for their initial disobedience. The detenue has told the Court that she is 19 years old and never contracted any marriage with petitioner Parmod Kumar and that 8/9 days back, her family had married her off and she wants to accompany her parents. On insistence of counsel for the petitioner that Parmod Kumar wants to have interaction with the girl Pooja, right in the Court Room in the presence of every one, the petitioner had interacted with the girl and thereafter she has submitted before the Court DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2015.12.10 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 1667 of 2015 -2that she wants to accompany her parents and has no relationship whatsoever with the petitioner and neither she was placed under detention by anyone. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
