**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to regularize their services from the date juniors have been regularized, keeping in view instructions dated 30.12.1998/25.02.1999 and 11.11.2003/27.02.2004 (P-4 colly) w.e.f 27.09.2003 and 01.10.2002 respectively. The services of the petitioners have been regularized w.e.f 01.04.2011 instead of 27.09.2003 and 01.10.2002 i.e the date juniors have been regularized, vide order dated 27.09.2003 and 01.04.2006.

Learned counsel submits that similar relief has been granted vide order dated 26.04.2018 (P-5) to similar situated employees. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself.
