(Oral) The petitioner has sought certified copy of order dated 15.12.1986 passed by respondent No.2 but the same has not been made available to her on account of the file being not traceable. Repeated attempts have been made to secure the certified copy by initiating separate proceedings under various enactements, but without success. Finally the representation dated 25.2.2020 (Annexure P-8) was submitted but no response has been received, thus, the present writ petition has been filed. Notice of motion.

Mr.Samarth Sagar, Addl.AG, Haryana accepts notices on behalf of the respondents and waives service.

Considering the nature of the matter, no reply is necessary. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Joint Secretary, Govt. of Haryana, Rehabilitation Department, to take action upon the pending representation dated 25.2.2020 (Annexure P-8) in accordance with law and by passing a speaking order within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. All efforts would be made to trace the missing file and certified copy of the order would be issued within ten days, if the file is traced.
