NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to judgment dated 07.11.2015, vide which the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, while dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner has affirmed the judgment dated 11.12.20215, rendered by the leaned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ambala, acquitting respondents No. 2 and 3. The case pertains to the year 2017 and notice is yet to be issued in the same. Perusal of order sheets shows that this matter has since been adjourned time and again, either on account of nonappearance on behalf of the petitioner i.e. on 12.07.2018 and 26.07.2022 or on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 10.07.2017 and 03.12.2018.

Thus, in view of the above, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
